This wonderful villa is situated in a lovely side valley between Petra and San Joan, secludedly located on an extensive estate which was formerly used for agriculture purposes. This makes its location so unique. The rural location offers you complete tranquillity, making it particularly suitable for discerning guests who are looking for rest and relaxation without compromising on convenient proximity to shopping opportunities and restaurants. The centrepiece of the villa surrounded by lush greenery is the pool with a large illuminated terrace that offers plenty of space for all guests. There are 10 high-quality loungers as well as parasols for anyone who prefers a little more UV protection. The large pool has convenient, wide entry steps and a child-safe area measuring 3 x 3 x 0.6 m which is ideal for splashing around. You can swim some serious lengths in the pool measuring 15 m – an early bird could even do so before breakfast, then go pick up some fresh bread and greet their fellow travelers with a beautifully laid table. The house is fully surrounded by a handsome and spacious stone terrace which is primarily at ground level. Some areas of the branched out terrace landscape are covered. These provide you with the necessary shade during hot days as well as excellent seating areas where you can share meals together or even have a hearty BBQ on the occasional evening.

The interior ambience of the house can be described as tasteful as well as fully comfortable. Traditional exposed beam ceilings, elegant marble flooring, and light walls create a picturesque framework for the high-quality, tasteful furnishings. The house features air-conditioning in all rooms so that you can have the perfect temperature at every hour. There are five cosily refurbished double bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a guest lavatory. Three of the bathrooms feature a comfortable bathtub. This house is therefore ideal for two or even three families. Moreover, it offers a large living and dining area with two open fireplaces which provide the house with pleasant warmth during the winter. Furthermore, central heating is naturally available for cooler days, making this house suitable for any time of the year. In the living area, you will find a flat screen satellite TV, to watch a good film from the comfort of the cosy armchairs and sofa. You can also keep in contact with loved ones back home via the fast Internet connection. Should you decide not to dine on the lovely terrace, you can also have a great meal indoors at the large table in the dining room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, Italian coffee machine, inviting you to prepare your meals together. There’s even enough space here for another table.

Another particular highlight of this villa is that it is situated at one of the most beautiful cycling routes in Mallorca. There is a secure bike storage. The beautiful, natural sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is also only around a 30 minute drive from the villa. Sineu, known for having the best weekly market on the island (always on a Wednesday), can also be reached in just 20 minutes.

The beautifully idyllic villa “Son Perxa” is located in the east of Mallorca, just a 7 minute drive away from the town of Petra. This spacious house sits on an estate measuring 14,000 m² and offers a sensational view of the Puig de Bonany and other parts of the island. You can do your daily shopping in Petra, where you will find a few restaurants and small supermarkets. The famous weekly market takes place every Wednesday in Sineu which is just 16 km away. The beautiful beach of Serra de Marina will entice you with its fine, white sand and flat descent into the sea.

All properties are close to each other but are fully independent and feature a high level of privacy. These and three other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans! Parties cannot be held in the villa in order to be considerate of the nearby holidaymakers.
