A natural stone terrace runs around the large pool, accessible via an oval staircase, which offers perfect relaxation. Lie down on the comfortable loungers and give yourself up to the Mediterranean sun whenever the mood takes you.

 

The 10 x 5 m pool is embellished with mosaic tiles and varies in depth between 0.80 and 1.90 m. Conveniently, there is also an outdoor shower as well as a parasol available. Directly at the pool, you will find a table with chairs underneath an almond tree. Settle down here during the day with a look of the surrounding greenery and a tasty drink in reach – a feeling of comfort and relaxation will wash over you. Two additional wooden tables are located on the patio directly in front of the house, perfect to enjoy dinner together, with inviting areas of shade. Here, you will also find the ping pong table, which might tempt you to start a small tournament. You can buy delicious fresh regional ingredients during the day and prepare them over the embers of the BBQ for a hearty meal.

 

The living space of the house extends over 250 m², with a large combined living/dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Harmonious colours on ceilings and floors, light walls, and lots of tasteful wooden furnishings merge together in the rustic ambience of this house. Lovingly selected items of decoration complement this picture, making sure you will immediately feel right at home here. The pleasant combined living/dining area offers you the chance to relax on two comfy sofas, perhaps with a magazine, a good book, or an entertaining film on the flat-screen TV. You can dine indoors and enjoy each other’s company around the massive dining table. The spacious kitchen, accessed through a pretty round arch, offers everything for your daily needs. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. Conveniently, this leads directly to the terrace, making everything easily accessible. Spacious and sleekly furnished bedrooms entice you in for a lovely restful night, which will certainly benefit your body and mind. Two baths with natural light offer contemporary luxury. The rooms include irons and hair dryers, so you do not need to bring them.

 

AIR CONDITIONING:

There are 4 air conditioners located in 2 rooms on the ground floor and in the 2 rooms on the top floor. We will charge electricity with a separate meter only for air conditioners at the price of € 0.25 / kw.

 

The villa is within easy reach of fine sandy beaches, which mostly have flat and child-friendly access to the sea. A good road brings you directly into the centre of the holiday town of Alcúdia (approx. 22 km). The sleepy little town of Búger, nestled on two hills, has remained unspoiled by mass tourism and still retains its unique charm. Here, you can see once again the unique naturalness of traditional Mallorcan culture. If you like walking, you will surely get your money’s worth here.

The Village of Búger is one of the smallest in Majorca, it is situated between Campanet, Sa Pobla and Alcudia.

Golf players will enjoy 2 beautiful golf courses in the vicinity: “Pollensa Golf” and “Club de Golf Aucanada”.

About 15 minutes away from this property you will find the beautiful white sand beaches of Pollensa, Ilenaire, San Vicens and Alcudia. The Albufera Natural Park is also worth a visit, especially for nature lovers. Some of the most significant wildlife in Majorca can be found along this 19km long coastline.

 

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Booking Deposit:

A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.

 

Balance Payment:

The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.

 

Costs Include:

Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.

 

Damage Deposit:

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.

 

Cancellations:

If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.

 

Insurance:

We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.

 

Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Check-in: From 16:00 h / Check-out: Until 10:00 h.

Make sure you let us know your check-in hour otherwise delays may occur especially in high season ( june, july and august ).

 

COVID-19 – BOOKING PROTECTION MEASURES:

Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:

1. – MODIFY BOOKING DATES:

Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.

2. – CANCEL BOOKING (TRAVEL VOUCHER):

The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Tatsächlich sind ganze 15.000 m² des Grundstücks frei zugänglich und größtenteils mit schönen Mandelbäumen bestückt. Die Küchenausstattung ist mit den Kleingeräten Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine für 6 Tassen und einer Orangenpresse ausgestattet, davon durften wir uns vor Ort überzeugen, ebenso von einwandfreier Sauberkeit. Beides wird selbstverständlich weiterhin laufend kontrolliert und ggf. verbessert. Schauen Sie doch in dieser oder einer anderen Finca aus unserem Programm wieder einmal vorbei!
