Welcome to Villa Isabel, a lovely chalet located at only 180 meters from Playa de Muro beach.

The exteriors are beautiful. Those provide our guests with landscaped areas that surround a terrace and a porch where you can have breakfast, make a barbecue or simply take a glass of wine or champagne. There are 3 available sun loungers to sunbathe or read a book, although the latter will surely appeal to you on the upper terrace, a more private place!

It is a two-storey house. On the ground floor, a living-dining room features two sofas, a coffee table, TV-Sat, A/C and a modern dining table. The kitchen provides our guests with ceramic hob, A/C and everything necessary to cook. The floor is completed with a double bed bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs, you will find another bathtub bathroom and three more dormitories, two with a double bed and the last one with two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms have an exit to the upper terrace. All the dormitories have wardrobe and A/C. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There is also dishwasher a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

 

Things to keep in mind:

– Air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen and living room, cost 0.28 €/kw (optional).

– There are 2 bicycles available, free of charge.

– Pets are not allowed.

– The holding of events is forbidden.

– There’s a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Area description:

Beach lovers find here their paradise, since Playa de Muro beach is characterized by its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. It is also really suitable for kids,as it has shallow depth and not strong swell. Very close to it, there is Puerto de Alcúdia area, which is more lively with endless shops, bars and restaurants. And, of course, you cannot miss a visit to the old city of Alcúdia, with its narrow cobblestone streets, its historic wall and its market Thursdays and Saturdays.

The beach is without a doubt the major attraction of this resort, offering visitors a superb place to relax, as well as a wide variety of water sport activities. All beaches have crystal-clear waters, calm to moderate waves, and clean, fine, golden sand. The water is shallow, which is an advantage for parents with young children, yet remains idyllic for visitors of all ages.

The beaches also have picturesque landscapes made up of dunes and pine forests, which limit with the wetlands of S’Albufera natural reserve. There are further hotels, apartments and houses along certain sections of the coast that are more developed and offer all the services characteristic of a low-rise tourist district.

Golf lovers should visit the Alcanada Golf Club, which has the only courses by the sea on the entire island and is only a ten-minute drive from the house. A twenty-minute drive will take you out a bit further to the beautiful Pollensa golf course, a nine-hole course with breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range, olive grove landscapes, the S’Albufera reserve, and the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia.

Platja de Muro also has a great service infrastructure with different facilities to accommodate all sorts of tastes and hobbies: restaurants and bars, souvenir shops, vehicle rentals, beach furniture (such as sunshades and loungers) rentals in the summer (1,660 sunshades and 3,320 loungers), etc. It is most definitely the perfect location for a elegant and refreshing vacation by the sea.

 

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 

Minimum Age: 18

 

Booking Deposit:

A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.

 

Balance Payment:

The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.

 

Costs Include:

Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.

 

Damage Deposit:

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.

 

Cancellations:

If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.

 

Insurance:

We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.

 

Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Check-in: From 16:00 h / Check-out: Until 10:00 h.

Make sure you let us know your check-in hour otherwise delays may occur especially in high season ( june, july and august ).

 

COVID-19 – BOOKING PROTECTION MEASURES:

 

Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:

 

1. – MODIFY BOOKING DATES:

Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.

 

2. – CANCEL BOOKING (TRAVEL VOUCHER):

The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.

 

Exceptional measures will apply in the event of inability to travel due to border closures or the obligation to quarantine all travelers returning from Spain, regardless of whether they are vaccinated or not. In the event that there is only a recommendation not to travel or the obligation to carry out a quarantine for unvaccinated people (by personal decision or according to schedule), the exceptional measures will not be applicable and the cancellation conditions in force according to the contract will be maintained.

 

Covid-19 Pandemic:

Clients are informed that in case of illness due to Covid-19, or close contact of a positive case of Covid-19, which forces them to be confined and quarantine in the reserved accommodation, the property will be immediately informed by the client.

In case of ending the stay without ending the quarantine, the property will inform the Health Authorities so that customers can be provided with a Covid-19 Hotel where they can stay and end their quarantine.

In the exceptional case that customers could continue in the reserved accommodation until the end of the quarantine, because there was no other reservation, the expenses incurred (stay, cleaning, disinfection, laundry etc.) will be paid by the client.

Both the property and VillaSpace are exempt from any responsibility when, due to force majeure, a reservation is altered by a possible case of Covid-19 that occurred in the clients of the previous reservation.
