WOW – the style-conscious will really get excited when they see this elegant villa. Trendy and stylish, without too many frills, it is instead very finely attuned to tasteful and modern features. The big highlight in the outdoor area? An excellent jacuzzi right next to the large pool with graded floor and outdoor shower. There’s nothing stopping you from all-day, sun-filled rest and relaxation on the island. The next thing that grabs you? A cool, covered chillout lounge, furnished with comfy outdoor pallet sofas. All that’s missing is an ice-cold caipirinha! A thoroughly well-tended garden, with a large lawn, really rounds it all off. For children to let off steam; or for adults to switch off. And if all that wasn’t enough, from any angle you get a lovely view of the gigantic Sierra de Tramuntana – the landscape is simply fantastic. The rural setting and the vegetation naturally bordering the property create utter privacy. It is truly peaceful. A tarmacked driveway takes you to the villa’s six private parking spaces. From there, a pretty stone path leads right into the hallway.

Inside, “Villa Gran Real” delights with clear shapes and colours, large windows and subtle decoration. The central lounge is definitely the largest living room with the most natural light, also boasting a modern corner fireplace. High ceilings adorned with wooden beams and an amazingly beautiful view of the surrounding mountains round off the wonderful ambience. What about if it rains? Then kick back on the giant sofa! A large flat-screen TV is the perfect start to any DVD night. Those who love cooking will go crazy for the fully-equipped kitchen – you’d be hard-pushed to find a more modern one. A red, free-standing island sets the tone and really draws the eye. A microwave, dishwasher etc. ensure maximum comfort and ease the tiding up after wild culinary experiments. Then it’s over to the large table for mealtimes – what’s better than eating all together anyway? Large French doors lead out onto one of the well-tended terraces outside. The villa has four double rooms in total (one of which with double beds, three with single beds). Three words to describe the facilities: sleek, simple and stylish. The comfortable mattresses here will ensure you get a heavenly night’s sleep. Comfy, cosy – just the way it should be in a thoroughly successful holiday. The villa has four bathrooms, two of which particularly draw the eye: the “cute one” with loving flower tiled wall and the “wellness shrine” with integrated bath and fantastic views.

A lovely little jaunt away is the charming resort of Alaró with its old architecture and the narrow, bustling streets. Thanks to the breathtaking location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, the villa is the perfect base camp for longer hikes. For shopping, we recommend the short drive to Eroski supermarket, about 2 km away or a visit to the fruit and veg market in Consell. The nearest beaches are a good half an hour away – but seriously, anyone who stays at this villa is definitely going to want to spend most of their time right here.

Alaró is a small, traditional town, situated inland, surrounded by countryside and stunning mountain scenery. A taste of real Majorca, the resort is perfect for visitors seeking a restful holiday away from the main tourist traps.

This place happens to be the perfect match between the tranquility and more dynamic environments. It is a great location for the hiking lovers as well as for those who love cycling, worth practicing for the extraordinary views and the clean air you breathe.

The vineyards of Alaró cultivate a wine of great flavor and high quality, which can be tasted thanks to the wine tasting routes that the village offers. Moreover, Alaró is very well connected with other cities, such as Inca, only 14.4 km away or Soller, 36 km. These municipalities have a great historical heritage and delicious Mediterranean gastronomy, that one can enjoy Mallorca and its rich culture first hand.




Booking Deposit:

A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.


Balance Payment:

The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.


Costs Include:

Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.


Damage Deposit:

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.



If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.



We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.


Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Check-in: From 16:00 h / Check-out: Until 10:00 h.

Make sure you let us know your check-in hour otherwise delays may occur especially in high season ( june, july and august ).



Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:


Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.


The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.
