This beautiful holiday home with 3 floors is located on a hillside with fantastic panoramic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The location of the finca is ideal to explore the island, not far from Palma, close to the mountains. Beautiful beaches are within easy reach.




Ground floor:

Here are the kitchen, a living-dining room and two bedrooms with double beds (135 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm). The bedroom with the larger bed has a bathroom en suite with shower and tub, the other has its own terrace. In addition, there is a separate toilet.

The house has air conditioning in the living-dining room and in one bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Since the exterior walls of the house are thick and lined with stone, the temperature inside remains constant and comfortable. In this aspect it should be noted that we have never had any client who has had any problem with the ambient temperature of the house. The property is also equipped with mosquito nets.

The house has a living area of ​​350 sqm.


Upper floor:

Upstairs are two double rooms, one with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and shower room en suite, the other with double bed (150 x 200 cm) and bathroom en suite with tub and shower.



Downstairs there is a large living room with sofas and a play area with table tennis, table football and board games and a laundry room with washer and dryer.



The large terrace is beautiful to enjoy the fantastic, wide views over the fields with almond and carob trees. At the house there is a covered chill-out area and more shady seating area with dining table and chairs under the pine trees. The trees also provide shade at the pool.



8 x 4 m, depth 1.10 – 2.10 m. Stairs. 8 loungers. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine. There is a toilet next to the pool.

Palma 27 km, Airport 34 km, Alaro 3 km, Inca 15 km, Valdemossa 17 km, Soller 20 km, Alcudia 35 km.

Beaches: Playa de Palma 34 km, Port de Soller 37 km, Playas de Muro 44 km.

Shops and restaurants, cafes: 3 km in Alaro.

Weekly market: Friday and Saturday (handicrafts).

Golf courses: Majorca golf course Puntiró 22 km, Arabella Golf Son Vida 33 km.

Getting there:

Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am.




Booking Deposit:

A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.


Balance Payment:

The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.


Costs Include:

Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.


Damage Deposit:

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.



If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.



We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.


Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Check-in: From 16:00 h / Check-out: Until 10:00 h.

Make sure you let us know your check-in hour otherwise delays may occur especially in high season ( june, july and august ).



Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:


Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.


The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.
