The newly built “Villa Ca Na Bubota” is located in a rural, yet convenient location between Algaida and San Gual, on a secluded property in a wonderfully rural location. The entrance to the villa is surrounded by impressively blooming oleanders, which can also be found throughout the garden area and by the pool. Delicate, young palm trees and oak trees are spread out on the well-kept garden property, the heart of which is the L-shaped pool. The azure blue pool with mosaic tiles has a wide and comfortable staircase entry. The pool is surrounded by a wide area of natural stone where there is space for a total of eight wooden loungers with soft cushions and four bamboos sun umbrellas. There is also an outdoor shower. A beautiful Casita is located to the side of the pool – a stone house that was also completely modernised in 2015 and is now an apartment separate from the main house. The villa property therefore offers comfortable accommodations for a total of ten people (eight adults and two children). The Casita offers a sun terrace made of natural stone directly in front of the entrance. There is a covered terrace directly on the main house facing the south. There is also a modern dining table set here made of wood and aluminium where you can enjoy the BBQ prepared on the grill. Another highlight for all sports freaks: The Finca has access to a tennis court in the immediate vicinity. This belongs to the neighbour and can be used by guests on request.
You can choose between two options to enter the house from the cool, shaded dining terrace. You can conveniently get directly into the kitchen and carry any meal outside. The second terrace door leads into the dining area of the open living room. The light-flooded villa shines through the white walls, the bright floor tiles and delivers very clear forms and lines. The furnishing in the living area in contrast has an elegant, baroque character creating a certain degree of playfulness. Dark wood furniture, antique decorative articles and fancy chairs made of noble dark wood come into their own in the sunny house. The small, but nice kitchen is located next to the open living room and is separated by a sliding door. This room is also equipped with a dark wooden built-in kitchen, but it has an extremely modern effect – maybe due to the nearly white stone counter and the stainless steel. The equipment offers your desired level of comfort, because from the toaster and coffee machine to the large stainless steel refrigerator and freezer combo and dishwasher – everything is there. A round table with designer bar stools offers a place to have coffee in the morning, next to this is the second exit to the terrace. You will also find the first of a total of four bedrooms from the main house and a fancy bathroom on the ground floor. The second bathroom is on the upper floor and is used by the other three bedrooms together. One of the bathrooms, which has modern natural stone tiles, has a shower while the other offers a bathtub with a built-in shower function. The bedrooms are all very modernly equipped – either with a double bed (with additional cot) or with each two individual beds. Since even the single beds have a width of 105 cm each, these offer the perfect comfort for people sleeping alone. Speaking of comfort: each bedroom in the main house has air conditioning, an nice wall cabinet with sliding wooden doors and its own LCD TV on the wall. The 30 m² “Dependance” offers a cuddly space for another couple with a 1.50 m bed and an integrated living area (also with a TV on the wall) and a high-quality en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Casita is also ideal if you travel with another generation that may want to be alone sometimes while the rest of the family lives in the main house with the children. In the stunning garden and expansive terrace area around the pool, you have the inviting opportunity to spend happy times together at the sympathetic “Villa Ca Na Bubota”.

If you want to go on excursions, you have all options nearby: beach & sea, as well as culture & shopping are all easy to reach. You can easily reach the southern beaches with your rental car, such as Platja de Palma, Cuidad Jardin and also the sunny bay of Cala Pi. The lone-standing villa may be in a rural location, but it is not far from the main street that leads from the east coast to Palma and even to the golf course from San Gual. This lets you combine different holiday interests in the best possible manner. The closest city of Algaida is about a 10 minute drive away; you can shop for everyday essentials there. On Fridays it is worth paying a visit to the colourful weekly market on the “Sa Plaza” and you can combine this with a stroll or a delicious café cortado. If you are interested in culture & shopping, it is just 20 minutes to Palma with its beautiful cathedral. There is hardly any street noise at the rural villa, but you may hear airplane noise depending on the wind. Last but not least, we would like to mention that the rental price of the villa is extremely attractive particularly for larger groups even in the high season, which is why we recommend the appealing “Villa Ca Na Bubota”.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.
The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.
Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.
If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.

COVID-19 – BOOKING PROTECTION MEASURES:
Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:
1. – MODIFY BOOKING DATES:
Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.
2. – CANCEL BOOKING (TRAVEL VOUCHER):
The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.
