The space:

The living room offers a sofa and TV and also a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has a hatch to the living room. The 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower are in the back of the house.
Sa Fortalesa is a renovated, comfortable holiday home in a fantastic location! Here you can listen to the sound of the sea in peace, but in a few minutes in Alcudia or Pollensa for shopping and sightseeing. The perfect prerequisites for a marvellous holiday with the extra of an excellent location.

 

Other things to note:

The local tax has to be paid separately and in cash on your arrival day and is not included in the price.

 

Area description:

There is a great variety of leisure activities nearby the property to indulge yourself in, from practicing horse-riding, tennis or golf, to cycling and hiking routes, water sports, and of course since we are in Spain, a wide choice of delicious restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine, as well as local and international shops. 

The nearby historic old town of Alcudia is a genuinely interesting place to visit. It has one Spain’s best-preserved old city-walls, and it was home to the major Roman settlement in Mallorca, Pollentia, from which you can visit the recently dug up ruins. It’s also got a grand street market on Sundays and Tuesdays, offering all kind of traditional products. The inner town is very well kept with pretty flowered streets, good restaurants and a great variety of small local shops.

The marina of Alcudia, Puerto Alcudia, is a great option if you are looking for cosy seaside terraces where you’ll be able to enjoy a great range of good restaurants for all tastes, sophisticated shops and lovely walks along the harbour. For those who prefer nightlife, many lounge terraces, music bars, pubs and clubs will welcome you until late at night.

Damage Deposit:

The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.

 

Insurance:

We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.

 

Check-In and Check-Out Time:

Check-in: From 16:00 h / Check-out: Until 10:00 h.

Make sure you let us know your check-in hour otherwise delays may occur especially in high season (june, july and august).
