With direct access to the sand beach Playa de Muro, this lofty brand-new house offers magnificent ocean views from its bedroom terraces. The villa is divided into two levels and has an underground garage and WIFI internet connection. With 190 m2 of living space, 150 m2 of terrace surface, 200 m2 of garage space, and approximately 200 m2 of a private sandy terrain directly by the beach, Villa Playa de Muro comes highly recommended and is especially suitable for holidays with children. The home has 3 double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, three bathrooms with enormous showers and a small solarium on the second floor. It also has an open-plan kitchen and a spacious living room. This exclusive property is located directly by the nature reserve of S’Albufera, between Alcudia and Ca’n Picafort, in a modern first-class tourist resort. Please, note that the electricity consumption is to be paid separately on the day on departure (0,25 / Kw).
The resort in which the villa is located is on the Platja de Muro beach. Platja de Muro lies at the centre of Majorca’s splendid Alcudia Bay and is one of the longest beaches of the Balearic Islands, stretching 8 km from Ca’n Picafort to Port d’Alcudia. Due to the natural formation of its coastline, the beach is divided into four smaller beaches: Platja de Muro-Sector I, Platja de Muro-Sector II, Platja de Muro-Es Comú, and Platja de Muro-Capellans.
The beach is without a doubt the major attraction of this resort, offering visitors a superb place to relax, as well as a wide variety of water sport activities. All beaches have crystal-clear waters, calm to moderate waves, and clean, fine, golden sand. The water is shallow, which is an advantage for parents with young children, yet remains idyllic for visitors of all ages.
The beaches also have picturesque landscapes made up of dunes and pine forests, which limit with the wetlands of S’Albufera natural reserve. A twenty-minute drive will take you out a bit further to the beautiful Pollensa golf course, a nine-hole course with breathtaking views of the Tramuntana mountain range, olive grove landscapes, the S’Albufera reserve, and the bays of Pollenca and Alcudia.
Platja de Muro also has a great service infrastructure with different facilities to accommodate all sorts of tastes and hobbies: restaurants and bars, souvenir shops, vehicle rentals, 35 hotels (with a sum of 16,294 beds), beach furniture (such as sunshades and loungers) rentals in the summer (1,660 sunshades and 3,320 loungers), etc. It is most definitely the perfect location for a elegant and refreshing vacation by the sea.
BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.
The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.
Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.
If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.

COVID-19 – BOOKING PROTECTION MEASURES:
Due to the current situation, we are taking 2 exceptional measures for stays affected by Corona virus / COVID-19 restrictions, which are FREE of charge:
1. – MODIFY BOOKING DATES:
Modifications made for future dates, equivalent in season and / or rental price are FREE of charge. No reductions will be made in the price of the current reservation in case of choosing cheaper alternative dates. In case of choosing alternative dates with a higher price, the guest will pay the difference on the day of arrival.
2. – CANCEL BOOKING (TRAVEL VOUCHER):
The guest will be entitled to a voucher equal to the total amount already paid, which can be used to book a future stay at the same property booked, once the global situation that we are currently suffering has dissipated.
