This modern house decorated in vivid colors has 150 meters square divided into two floors with the following chambers: 3 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a courtesy toilette, fully equipped kitchen, enormous living room, great terrace and a private parking. Overall, Pink Rose has the capacity to provide great comfort to 6 people.
The three bright sleeping rooms are very enjoyable. One of the sleeping rooms is a suite with a Jacuzzi and a private terrace. The other two sleeping rooms are supplied with twin beds and are thought for children.
The bathrooms are untainted and modern, while one has a shower the other one if fitted with a bathtub. Linen, towels and hair dryer are at hand.
Living room is spacious and there you can find a flat-screen Cable/Satellite TV
Modern and spacious kitchen with all the devices our visitors may need, for instance, a dishwasher, kettle, and washing machine. Air conditioning is available too.
From the terrace, which is fully equipped with sun loungers tables and chairs, offers spectacular views of the bay. Sit down to read a book and enjoy the murmur of the waves breaking. It will definitely transport you to a different world!
Our guests would like to know that Beach House Pink Rose B is almost next to this accommodation and there is a chance to rent them together depending on availability. Private parking for one car is at one’s disposal.
Swimming and surfing, in general, water sports are the main activities in this area. However, if wished horse riding and biking are sports you to practice. Son Serra possesses the great balance and that is why its place is very fortunate: it is a very calm place but at the same time the connections to get to other cities is uncomplicated. It will take a mere 12 minutes driving to Can Picafort and 17 to Artá, well-known for its historical buildings and Roman bridge.

Area description:
Son Serra de Marina is situated at 11 kilometres from Can Picafort. The beach, the marina and a village have the same name. In the residential area there is a round defence tower with a beautiful panoramic view over Cap de Farrutx (Artà) until Alcudia.
It is said that in this village there was a clause in the tenancy agreements, in the seventies of the 20th century, that said that men and women were not allowed to swim together. If this was broken, you had to pay 50 masses in the oratory of the finca. Nowadays nudism is allowed.
This sandy area is coarse-grained and greyish. The sand of the coastline is covered by posidonia rests. On the right side there is the mouth of Torrent de na Borges, natural border between the municipalities of Artà and Santa Margalida, and also between this beach and the nearby sa Canova. On the left side you will see the port facilities of Club Nàutic Serra Nova.
The extensive coast is sandy and rocky, quite low and not very deep, so that the navigators are recommended not to approach too much to avoid running aground. The accessibility by car is easy following the signs until a free parking area at a few metres from this quiet beach.
These characteristics explain that the beach is not too crowded by local visitors and tourists.

Booking Deposit:
A 30% from total reservation amount must be paid upon booking confirmation as booking guarantee. Payment will be charged on credit card provided upon booking confirmation. Payment by bank transfer or via PayPal available on request. We cannot guarantee any reservation until the booking fee is received. Complete payments and due dates will be specified in your confirmation email.
Balance Payment:
The balance of your holiday must be paid at the latest on the day of arrival in cash, by credit card or via PayPal. Payments in advance available on request. Deferred payments can be arranged at our discretion, however all payments must be paid by the set date. We reserve the right to withdraw this option at anytime. Non Payment of the final balance when it becomes due will constitute cancellation of the holiday & forfeiture of the deposit payment.
Costs Include:
Free WiFi Internet Connection. Cot and a high chair available on request without extra costs. Bed clothes and bath towels are always included. Please check individual property descriptions.
Damage Deposit:
The deposit for damages to the property or losses of inventory shall be refunded to you upon departure or by bank transfer within 7 working days of your departure, once we verify that the property and inventory are in the same state as delivered upon your arrival. Should damages or losses occur, we will deduce the necessary amount. In such case, you will receive a detailed receipt of the expenses.
Cancellations:
If cancelled or modified or in case of no-show a 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In the event that the unit becomes unavailable during the rental period and in the event that you do not accept any suitable alternative unit which is offered to you then you are entitled to cancel the booking and the booking fee will be refunded to you, but neither the owner or the company will be liable to you for any further amounts in respect of the cancellation of the booking.
Insurance:
We recommend that you purchase insurance to minimise the financial risks associated with going on holiday and this matches your needs when Booking.
